Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for uninstalled, undamaged triggers in original packaging with all included parts. To initiate a return, email support@buyfrt15.com with your order number and reason. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all approved returns, which covers inspection and repackaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (minus restocking fee) to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not apply to:

• Triggers that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
• Products bought from a third party or secondary market
• Custom or special-order items
• Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
